Final Blessing on Rice and Filled Pastry

I ate filled pastry and rice. What should blessing should I recite after eating this?

You need to recite 'Al Ha-Michya' and 'Borei Nefashot'.
And precede the blessing of 'Borei Nefashot', because if you first recite 'Al Ha-Michya' there is a doubt if it exempts the rice as well.
