Are red raspberry brambles considered a fruit tree?

Thank you for your question. 

There is a dispute whether the bracha on raspberries is “ha’eitz” or “ha’adama.” 

As such, one should say “ha’adama” as that is the view of the Shulchan Aruch and because one is still yotzei even if the correct blessing is “ha’eitz.” However, if the correct blessing is truly “ha’adama” and one said “ha’eitz,” one would not be yotzei at all.
