Tying the Tallit
Question
If you don't have a clip or other way to keep it on, is it permitted to wear a tallis as shown in the attached photo? In case it's hard to tell, the wearer has wrapped one corner of the tallis over another -- not a stam knot, but rather in the pattern of folding one's arms across the chest.
