Is it permitted to go on a trip on the 10th of Av, and is the law different this year when it falls on the eve of Sabbath?

Answer

It is permitted to go on a trip on the 10th of Av.
The Sages only decreed not to consume meat and wine, and according to some opinions also not to launder and cut hair.
