Milk and meat

Hi rabbi if I cooked meat in my oven and now 30 minutes later want to cook muffins that will be eaten together with milk it that allowed According to Sephardic Halacha

As long as you place the muffins on a pareve dish, tray, or even a baking sheet (not a torn one), it is lechatchilah to bake them in the oven to later eat with milk. This applies to both Sephardim and Ashkenazim.
