My wife has stains on colored clothing and feels wetness on her body, and it seems to her more that the body is getting wet from the stains, but she did not see blood on the body (she does not look). The halacha is that a stain on colored clothing does not render one impure.

Similarly, a stain on water in the bath does not render one impure.

However, it is clear that there cannot be a situation where a woman sees a regular menstrual cycle and remains pure because she does not check her wipes and wears colored clothing.

In previous generations, there was a clear feeling of menstruation, and then when there was no feeling, the situation was easier, but in our time, when there is no clear feeling of seeing blood, any sighting of a lot of blood does not have the leniencies of a 'stain', and also seeing on colored clothing or on the ground renders one impure.

According to what you describe, in this case, it is a sequence of sightings that has been going on for some time, so it is necessary to ensure that it is still defined as a stain and has not turned into a 'light menstrual cycle'.
