Beit Din Question

Schalom. If I don’t want that a Rabbi in the Beit Din is on my divorce is that possible? Even he he is the Rosh Beit Din?

Some Batei Din will indeed allow you to request that a certain rabbi be included or excluded. Others will not allow it.

In cities with multiple Batei Din you can often simply take your case to a different Beit Din.

Depending on the case, sometimes a "Zabla" can be permitted in which case each party chooses their own rabbi and the the two rabbis choose a third rabbi.
