A Contract with an Added Condition
Question
I signed a contract and there was a clause that was not discussed beforehand. Does the signing of the contract obligate me to fulfill it?
Answer
Shalom!
Signing a contract is considered a complete commitment to its every aspect.
The only exception is if one side admits that there was a point that was included in order to mislead the other side.
