Reclaim the money from a Seminary

Follow up questions to my last quiestion ------------------------------------------------------ 1. Can you recommend an English speaking Beit Din in Jerusalem? 2. Can you please explain the reasons that a Beis Din will not be able to reclaim the money from Ateres Benot Yerushalayim Seminary?

There are a number of English speaking Beis Dins in Jerusalem. We do not recommend any of them as we have no relationship with any of them but  Rav Asher Weiss, Rav Yosef Fleischman, and Rav Yehoshua Pfeffer all run popular and respected English speaking Beis Dins in Jerusalem. You can find them on-line.

The reason you will have a hard time with this case is due to the many complicated halachot of when a gift can be retracted, and the like. So too, when a business closes down, and they claim they don't have the money, Beit Din is unable to do anything more even if they are indeed halachically required to return the money. 

Again, the Beit Din may allow proceeding to secular courts and other measures. It is worthwhile to pursue.
