If a person sees the Western Wall on Shabbat, is there a need to tear on Saturday night? And what is the law when he arrives on Shabbat and stays until Saturday night?

Answer

After leaving the Western Wall and returning to his home, the custom is not to tear. However, if he arrives close to the sunset of Saturday night, and stays until Saturday night, he is obligated to tear on Saturday night.
