Halachic status of a converted infant until age of Bar Mitzvah

‏שלום . ‏לכבוד הרב Hypothetically- if a gentile infant was adopted by an observant orthodox couple prior to birth- and was converted with the appropriate halachos. I understand the child must be asked again at bar mitzvah age if he wants to remain Jewish- however does he have the same halachic status as another Jewish born child during the ages of 0-13? I.E counted for minyan, able to keep all of shabbos etc ‏תודה רבה, ‏ ‏שלמה

Yes, a child who accepts his conversion at Bar/Bat Mitzva is equally a Jew, like any other convert.

Even before the Bar/Bat Mitzva the child is equally Jewish as any other child. He must keep Shabbat just like everyone else. You mention being "counted for a minyan" but please recall that no children can be counted for a minyan anyway.
