Totafot - Zevachim 37b

Seven lines from the bottom talks about the spellings of the word totafot. The Gemara says that the first and second time the word is used without a vav, but the third time it has a vav. In my Shnayimi Mikrah, and in my Artscroll Chumash, both the first and the third use a vav. Am I just misreading the hebrew or misunderstanding this passage in the Gemara. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Todah rabah.

As a general rule, all printed texts, especially modern-day ones, have chosen to always write the word "Totafot" with a "vav" as it makes it easier to read the word.
